This is done because Research in the last past 30 years on domestic violence against women. The research is research that was done to focus on the cycle that happens when a woman is in a violent abusive relationship with another man, and why do women stay in the relationship even know it is an abusive relationship and why they don’t leave their husbands or boyfriends once it become abusive. In the study that was done about domestic violence against women they found that they are most of the time scared to leave because they think that there abuser might hurt them if they leave them. Another thing that they came up with in the research done is that some women don’t leave because they really believe that the abuser loves then and is going to change after a while and realize that they are doing wrong. . This is relevant because it show that domestic violence can be prevented and it has been happening for a long time.
